Can your studio host events?

Yes, we have event packages. If you would like to book an event at our studio please visit the "Book now" tab.

What is your guest capacity?

Our space can accommodate a maximum of 25 persons.

Do you provide tables and chairs?

We are currently using a third party to provide us with chairs and tables. There is an additional fee of $5 per chair and $10 per table. Please contact the administrator and request before hand.

Can we host an event past midnight hours?

Yes, you can contact the administrator for a custom package. Our rate past midnight is $150/hour.

Does your studio have parking?

Yes, our studio has lots of free parking.

What is included in your studio?

Our studio space currently has the following:

a 7X8 ft flower wall with pink blush colors
a royal blue one seater couch with gold accents
a 5 feet architectural column with great details
a classic cast stone fireplace mantel
a rustic white staircase
a kitchenette with sink, cabinets, counter-top, microwave, and a fridge

We have seasonal setups done by professional decorators. Please view our "Themes" tab to see our latest setup.

What is your refund policy?

The Luna Studios does not provide refunds but it offers studio credit for cancelled bookings. Please contact the administrator if you would like to postpone your booking.

Does your studio have change rooms?

No, we do not have change room. However we have a bathroom facility where you can change your clothes.

What happens if your staff finds damage to floors, walls, and/or furniture?

If there are any damages to the floor, furniture, and/or equipment, you will be asked to reimburse the cost of the damage. If the room is left untidy, you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee. If you notice a damaged item prior to your photoshoot, please let us know immediately.

Does your studio have elevators?

Unfortunately, our studio does not have elevators. However we are only located on the second floor.

Can we bring outside food/ decor/ props?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring outside food/ decor/ props for your booking. However the host is responsible for cleaning up after themselves.

Can we come earlier to setup for our booking?

No, your setup and cleanup time is within the hours you book with us. If there is no booking before you we may allow you to come in 30 minutes earlier. Please contact the administrator if you would like to setup before your booking.

Do you have a lost and found?

If there is anything left behind during the time of your booking please contact the administrator. However we are not responsible for any items left behind.

Do you have a makeup table?

Yes, we have a makeup vanity that is included with each booking.

Can we remove items out of the studio?

Yes, if you would like any props, furniture pieces, or the vanity removed please contact the administrator ahead of time.

Can we bring pets to the studio?

Yes! The Luna Studios now allows pets in the studio with a $50 pet fee (per pet).

Do you only have one studio room?

Yes, currently we only have one studio room. Our studio room is 900 sq ft.

Which direction do your windows face?

Our studio has two large windows facing North West to offer the most sunlight!

Does your studio provide a sound system?

Yes, we provide a portable Bluetooth speaker with each booking.
